(ENG) 피부 “진짜로” 좋아지는 가성비 홈케어 비법 💆🏻♀️ WINTER SKINCARE ROUTINE (feat. 더비건글로우)ㅣ제니크러쉬
Today, I’m going to be showing you how I pamper my skin during the cold winter season I’m going to use organic products and some natural ingredients that you can easily find at your home. I do this routine 2~3 times a week ever since the weather got cold It really works great on my skin! Let’s start right away! Most of people think what they’re applying to the skin is the most important thing But I think the most important thing of all is the CLEANSER. For mornings and when you’re not wearing makeup, I highly recommend to use a super mild cleanser. I use The Vegan Glow’s Mild Foam Cleanser. On the packaging, it has the ingredient list and they’re all Green, which means all of them are rated 1st grade It is vegan all the way, made with all natural ingredients It is so mild that my eyes don’t even get irritated when I’m rubbing it on like this! Because it doesn’t have harsh chemicals and used natural cleaning component from coconut the foam is not fluffy as other cleansers and you won’t be able to remove all the makeup with this only I actually like this cleanser for that reason In the dry season, it is super important to keep the moisture and oil that is already underneath your skin but if your cleanser takes away everything, you won’t be able to keep your skin healthy even if you put lots of nice things after. I don’t feel dry at all after using this cleanser, I love it! Next, I’m going to make two DIY face masks using ONE tea bag. I’m using green tea today but I often use black tea as well to get the anti-aging effect. ( use organic teas!) First, brew a tea bag for about 5 minutes You can make it before the bedtime and use it next day but instead, I like to pour less of hot water and add some ice cubes to cool it down later. Prepare 2 tiny bowls, Squeeze the tea bag on a bowl to wring out all the moisture. Cut the tea bag and pour all the loose green tea flakes on the other bowl. Add some honey onto the green tea flakes I usually put about 4 tsp Mix it well and our DIY honey green tea face mask is done! This is more than enough use for morning and night! Some people use green tea powder for this. I feel like it clogs my pores so I don’t recommend it. Moving on to the next DIY face mask. I’m sure lots of you guys already know this one. You simply soak some cotton pads into the green tea. Pour some green tea on the cotton pads Now you can drink the left over green tea 🙂 Killing 3 birds with one stone, right? Now we are done making two DIY face masks 🙂 First, apply the first one we made, the honey green tea mask, on your entire face. It could look a bit scary at first when you apply it but it is sooooooooo good for skin! anti-inflammatory effect from honey and all the good vitamins from green tea will help with cystic ance and irritation and will moisture your skin as well as brighten them + more amaizing benefits! On top of that, it is such a healthy & inexpensive way to pamper your skin! I always put it on my lips as well. After 10-15 minutes later, you can start to feel that the mask got slightly stickier than before now go ahead and rinse it off ! Do not rub your skin while rinsing it off! You have to be really gentle and remove the tea flakes like if you are skimming them Tea flakes are really sharp, you don’t want to scratch your face! Now we are going to put the green tea cotton pad mask on your skin now If you’re using it as it is, the tea will run and drip on your neck so use it after squeezing a few times. This masks will help to depuff your skin especially in the mornings and it will brighten up your skin of course not to mention how hydrating it is 🙂 I also put this on my lips again! I usually leave it on for about 10 minutes but if you don’t have time , you can simply dab it with your hands to make it faster to absorb For depuffing purpose, leaving it on for 10 minutes will bring better result! When your skin absorbs to somewhat enough, you’ll see the sides of cotton pads are coming off a bit then you can remove them all! Gently dab your skin with your hand After removing all the cotton pads, you’ll instantly feel the cooling effect It feels so fresh! Look! do you think my skin got a little brighter? I highly recommend you to try these green tea face masks at home! I apply a face cream right after. You also need to choose a mild cream that suits your skin condition Gently apply the cream on your face The cream that I’m using is made with very good ingredients as well and it is very mild on the skin! I use it very often. On to the final step! It is my beloved Coconut Oil! If you are one of my old subscribers, you would remember that I love to use natural oils on my skin such as coconut oil, rose hip oil and jojoba oil. Coconut oil has antimicrobial properties that can help treat acne and it reinforces your skin barrier. It also improves Keratosis Pilaris which looks like goose bumps. I literary use it from head to toe in winter! Warm it up with your hands, and gently press it on your skin. Massage your skin with your fingers with almost no pressure to help to absorb I found some of you guys are afraid of using oils on your skin. It will not be absorbs completely into the skin but your skin won’t feel sticky or heavy to the point where you feel uncomfortable. See? it’s not bad at all! So that is all I do in the winter time to pamper my skin! Super mild cleanser to DIY face masks and the Coconut oil ! You should def. try this at home and hope you all to keep your skin healthy and glowy! Try 2-3 times a week, I guarantee it will improve you skin!! That is all for today’s video ! Thank you so much for watching! Love ya!
